Perform necessary repairs and replacements of faulty components or parts in CCTV devices, such as cameras, DVRs (Digital Video Recorders), NVRs (Network Video Recorders), cables, connectors, and power supplies.
To provide on-site support and be responsible for addressing customer concerns and resolving technical issues related to CCTV systems while providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of CCTV systems and related hardware and software.
A degree or Diploma in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent understanding of TCP/IP networking, routers, and switches.
Knowledge of firewalls, network security, and network diagnosis is an added advantage.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical individuals.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction and support-related goals.
Experience working independently, managing schedules, and prioritizing to meet customer needs.
Strong attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.
