Some of the duties expected of the Operations Coordinator include the following:
- Organize and coordinateevent timeline, ensuring that the service runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Processing and receiving food orders on time.
- Maintaining an inventory of food and office supplies.
- Liaising with vendors and external suppliers.
- Oversee catering and kitchen staff.
- Managing staff schedules.
- Assisting management with food and decor budget
- Maintain high personal grooming standards and professional demeanor.
- Effectively communicate with all customersand staff in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.
- Coordinate and oversee the office to ensure smooth operations always.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess HND / B.SC Degrees with 1+ years relevant work experience.
- Proximity to Yaba axis is ESSENTIAL.
