- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain records and files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using office equipment, such as phone systems and computer software.
- Customer service-oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and visitors while maintaining composure.
