Collect, Organize and Interpret statistical information for decision making.
Main Accountabilities
Manages staff database
Responding to database related queries and keeping track of the analysis
Setting up processes and systems to make working with data more efficient
Producing reports and charts communicating trends within data to users
Manages all Pension related matters including but not limited to RSA PIN Registration, Communicate details to appropriate office and follow up on Pension Remittance
Generate data on NSITF/ITF/Group life Insurance
Assist in processing data for payment of final entitlements
