Job Description

Export Marketing:

• Responsible for the preparation of all pre- and post-shipment documentation.


• Handling timely order entry, checking vessel suitability, payment tracking, etc.


• Ensuring all concerned documentation is submitted to relevant agencies (NPA, Banks, Customers, account team) in a timely manner.


• Coordinating with Accounts, Customer, Commercial, Port team and Agent for smooth export operations


• Market research and preparation of Monthly Export market Reports


• Prepare market reports and dashboards by collecting and analyzing data from various sources.


• Any other assignment that may be given from time to time by superior officers

Propane Purchase, Nitrogen Sales and Logistics

• Responsible for handling and reporting all the documentation work related to consignments, transporters, and suppliers.


• Reconciliation of all the consignments and payments with transporters, suppliers, logistics, and the receiving/supplying department


• Market research and finding new suppliers and buyers


• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation reports and dashboards by collecting, populating and analyzing data from various sources


• Any other assignment that may be given from time to time by superior officers.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree or its equivalent in Business Administration or a related discipline.


• Previous work experience in export operations is a plus.


• Proficient in export documentation, LC, Shipping processes, bill of lading.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel).

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:

• Good Interpersonal, Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Keen attention to detail and ability to work independently


• Knowledge about Power BI or Other analytical tools preferable.
