About the Role:
We are seeking a Medical Sales Representative who is analytical, data-driven, collaborative, friendly, well-organized, and self-motivated. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- strategically increase the awareness of the OGApharmacy platform in your territory;
- manage all sales activities and rapidly grow the number of pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals
- participating in the OGApharmacy marketplace, as well as increasing the average Gross
Merchandise Value (GMV)
- Introduce buyers to our technology.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Cultivate customer relationships for retention and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the team to increase marketplace participation and order sizes.
- Maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients.
- You'll work closely with the leadership team and should be proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of medical/pharma sales experience.
- Functional Knowledge of and exposure to sales
- Proven track record in driving and exceeding sales
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
