About the Role: 


We are seeking a Medical Sales Representative who is analytical, data-driven, collaborative, friendly, well-organized, and self-motivated. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry.


Key Responsibilities:



  • strategically increase the awareness of the OGApharmacy platform in your territory;

  • manage all sales activities and rapidly grow the number of pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals

  • participating in the OGApharmacy marketplace, as well as increasing the average Gross


Merchandise Value (GMV)



  • Introduce buyers to our technology.

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

  • Cultivate customer relationships for retention and loyalty.

  • Collaborate with the team to increase marketplace participation and order sizes.

  • Maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients.

  • You'll work closely with the leadership team and should be proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1 year of medical/pharma sales experience.

  • Functional Knowledge of and exposure to sales

  • Proven track record in driving and exceeding sales

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
