Demonstrate the ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development within the company.
Maintain full responsibility for the operational planning and direction of cross-functional departments which includes Human Resources, IT, Accounting, Operations, and Government Compliance for the company.
Oversee various aspects of human resources such as; recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & and benefits administration, training and development, HRIS and payroll administration.
Organize employee-related activities aimed at improving the company culture.
Work with the Head of Support to ensure clients are satisfied with the services being rendered and all projects are implemented and executed successfully.
Manage the organizational effectiveness function which includes: succession planning, change management, organizational design and alignment, and performance improvement strategies.
Creating and updating proposals, editing contract documents, negotiating contracts, and acquiring the most cost-efficient deals without compromising on quality.
Qualifications/Skills
Candidate must have a minimum of a B.Sc. Degree (2nd Class Upper) in Management or related discipline
Candidate must have at least 3 years of work experience.
Must have completed NYSC.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Must be a self-starter and be able to think out of the box.
