Job Description 

• Diagnoses causes of electrical or Mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and performs preventive and corrective maintenance


• Plans, directs and records periodic electrical testing and recommends or initiates modification or replacements of equipment which fails to meet acceptable operating standards.Ensure all electrically powered equipment and machineries are adequately powered, functioning and in good condition. 


• Build calibrate, maintain troubleshoot or repair electrical instruments or testing equipment


• Analyze and interpret test information to resolve design-related problem


• Install or maintain electrical control systems or solid state equipment


• Plan, schedules and monitor work of support personnel to assist supervisor


• Performs preventive maintenance function as directed


• Perform all maintenance functions related with electrical systems, and power generation distribution in line with safety operations and maintenance principles to guarantee the smooth functioning of the production facility. 


• Responsible for setting up power supply; conduit and wiring for currently installed equipment and machines, including programmable controllers, while adhering to blueprints, electrical ethics, utilizing voltage tester and hand tools. 


• Perform predictive and preventative maintenance duties and generate work notifications to address any issues detected.


• Maintain weekly equipment and machines (welding machines, cranes, air compressors, laser cutting machine, CNC cutting machine, LVD punch machine, bending machine, powder coating and utilities). 


• Repair damaged equipment and machines 

Skills and requirements:

B.Eng./HND in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, or equivalent. Min 3-5 years of proven experience of industrial maintenance.Must be a person of integrity with excellent leadership ability
