Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role located in Lekki with flexibility for remote work.


• The Senior Investment Officers (Deposit Mobilization Officers) will be responsible for driving deposit mobilization and deposit creation for the Bank, as well as maintaining existing client relationships, identifying and acquiring new clients, and managing the investment portfolios of their clients.


• They will also be responsible for assessing and understanding their clients' real affordability, ensuring that the products and services offered by Asset Microfinance Bank are suitable and accessible to all.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Proven work experience as a Senior Investment Officer or in a similar role


• Minimum of 5 years experiences in bank, deposits & liabilities mobilization in an MFB or commercial bank


• Strong understanding of deposit creation and mobilization, as well as deposit products and services


• Excellent organization and communication skills


• Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements to identify potential clients and business opportunities


• Ability to maintain and grow client relationships


• Ability to meet and exceed deposit creation and mobilization targets
