Job Description



  • Manage diary; understand the importance of key meetings, build flexibility into the diary and anticipate needs.

  • Prepare letters, reports, and other documents for Managing Director

  • Review incoming correspondence, distribute, and respond accordingly. Follow up where necessary.

  • To provide administrative and business support to the Managing Director.

  • Maintaining a reliable filing system.

  • Receiving and making calls for the Managing Director.

  • Receiving and attending to customers and visitors for the Managing Director.

  • Organizing meetings and refreshments for the office.

  • Attending to queries pertaining to the Managing Director’s office in their absence.

  • Arrange hotel bookings and travel arrangements for the Managing Director and staff undertaking international travel.

  • Dispatch all documents to be sent by courier.

  • Make travel and hotel arrangements for members of staff and international visitors of the Managing Director.

  • Attending to meetings in place of the Chairman if necessary.


Job Requirements



  • First Degree in any Management Science.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within a structured corporate environment.

  • Knowledgeable in the use of the internet and other electronic office equipment.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Candidate should be analytically sound and good with figures.

  • Good multi-tasking skills; energetic and result oriented.

  • Planning and prioritizing skills.

  • Effective and proven interpersonal skills.

  • Respects and maintains confidentiality of information.
