Job Responsibilities
Manage and organize office operations and procedures for organizational effectiveness.
Supervise administrative staff and promote a collaborative team environment.
Oversee facilities management, including workspace allocation and maintenance.
Handle budgeting, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping.
Maintain and update employee records and manage HR-related tasks.
Procure and manage office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
Serve as a point of contact for external vendors, service providers, and building management.
Address and resolve employee queries and concerns related to office operations.
Requirements
Minimum of a BSc in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and basic accounting principles.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
