  • HRLeverage Africa is a Pan-African Workforce Company We are in search of a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Manager to be the backbone of our clientsoperations.


Job Responsibilities



  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures for organizational effectiveness.

  • Supervise administrative staff and promote a collaborative team environment.

  • Oversee facilities management, including workspace allocation and maintenance.

  • Handle budgeting, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping.

  • Maintain and update employee records and manage HR-related tasks.

  • Procure and manage office supplies, equipment, and furniture.

  • Serve as a point of contact for external vendors, service providers, and building management.

  • Address and resolve employee queries and concerns related to office operations.


Requirements



  • Minimum of a BSc in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.

  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and basic accounting principles.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Effective leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
