Job Description



  • Files documents and answers client and employee inquiries

  • Gathers and organizes job applications

  • Schedules interviews and confirms applicant availability

  • Post and remove job advertisements as needed

  • Follow up and send out employment decisions to candidates

  • Assists in the onboarding process for new employees

  • Assist in gathering and collating news articles for Newsletter

  • Writes employee communications and correspondence about updates in HR policies

  • Assists in checking overall compliance with labor codes and applicable local and state laws

  • Participates in planning and documenting employee engagement events

  • Gathers pertinent payroll data

  • Performs ad hoc tasks as required

  • Support with other HR tasks that might be delegated from time to time


Qualifications / Education



  • University Undergraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication or any field with a strong interest in Human Resources Management, Administration, or Psychology

  • Student Membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, an added advantage

  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Ms Word, Powerpoint and Ms Excel

  • Strong communication skills

  • Social media savvy

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English language

  • Excellent Interpersonal skills

  • Excellent digital communication skills (video editing, graphic design etc)
