Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Soy Oil Refinery Production Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our soy oil refining facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Oversight: Manage all aspects of the soy oil refinery production process, from raw material intake to finished product packaging.


• Quality Control: Ensure product quality and consistency by implementing and maintaining strict quality control standards and procedures.


• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production staff, including supervisors and operators, to achieve production targets and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.


• Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.


• Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.


• Budget Management: Manage production budgets, monitor expenses, and strive for cost-effective operations.


• Reporting: Generate regular reports on production performance, including key performance indicators and production metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related discipline).


• Proven experience in soy oil refinery production or a related industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.


• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing successful production teams.


• In-depth knowledge of soy oil refining processes, equipment, and quality standards.


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.


• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


• Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
