  • Keep tabs on all activities and provide one-on-one support.

  • Report writing.

  • Communications and letter writing.

  • Organizing and planning meetings.

  • Planning itineraries.

  • Conducting any research required by the manager (especially agribusiness, food security, real estate, alternative energy, oil and gas).

  • Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings.

  • Ability to map out stakeholders (religious, traditional, governmental etc).

  • Follow-up on cheques and invoices.
