Summary of Responsibilities
- To follow up with recipe and ensure production meet organization’s standard.
- Ensure compliance with relevant food processing regulations at all times.
- Avoid materials wastage and ensure production is in line with order.
- Monitor work equipment and report any malfunction to the supervisor to avoid brake down or disruption in the production.
- Ensure availability of materials to avoid stock out e.t.c
Academic Qualifications and Skills
- Trade Test, Technical Education or OND in Food Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in the same capacity.
- Good knowledge of recipe for different categories of bread or baking techniques.
- Attention to details and ability to work with less supervision.
- Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
