Job Description:



  • As an Admin/HR, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our human resources department.

  • You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and HR-related tasks, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to our company's success.


Responsibilities:


Administrative Duties:



  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage correspondence.

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic files and records.

  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.

  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documents as needed. Handle general administrative tasks as assigned.


Human Resources Duties:



  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).

  • Assist in benefits administration and payroll processing.

  • Organizing training and development programs for staff.

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.


Miscellaneous Duties:



  • Support employee relations and address employee queries in a professional and confidential manner.

  • Assist in organizing company events and activities.

  • Collaborate with other departments to provide cross-functional support as required.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field preferred.

  • Previous experience in administrative and/or HR roles is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is beneficial.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
