As an Admin/HR, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our human resources department.
You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and HR-related tasks, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to our company's success.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage correspondence.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain and organize physical and electronic files and records.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Assist in the preparation of reports and documents as needed. Handle general administrative tasks as assigned.
Human Resources Duties:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Assist in benefits administration and payroll processing.
Organizing training and development programs for staff.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Miscellaneous Duties:
Support employee relations and address employee queries in a professional and confidential manner.
Assist in organizing company events and activities.
Collaborate with other departments to provide cross-functional support as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in administrative and/or HR roles is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is beneficial.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
