  • KadMap® Systems Limited is looking for someone to fill the office of a marketer. He is responsible for promoting and selling products or services offered by the

  • KadMap® Systems Limited. His/her primary goal is to create awareness, generate interest, and drive demand for the products or services among the target audience.

  • He/she will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, increase brand visibility, and ultimately boost sales and revenue.


Responsibilities:



  • Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the overall business goals and target market.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and trends. Analyze competitors' activities to gain insights and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Target Audience Identification: Define and understand the target audience for the products or services. Segment the market based on demographics, behaviour, and other relevant criteria.

  • Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to capture potential customers' information and nurture them through the sales funnel.

  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI (Return on Investment).

  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocate resources wisely, and measure the return on marketing investments.

  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, influencers, and media to enhance brand reputation and reach a wider audience.


Qualifications:



  • School leaving Certificate 

  • Degree from tertiary institution 

  • Certification is added advantage


Skills



  • Analytical Skills: The marketer should possess strong analytical skills to interpret data, measure the success of marketing campaigns, and make data-driven decisions for optimizing future strategies.

  • Creativity: Creativity is important in developing innovative marketing campaigns and crafting compelling content that captures the attention of the target audience.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively convey marketing messages and collaborate with team members, clients, and external partners.

  • Technology Proficiency: He/she should be conversant with basic IT tools


Experience:



  • Years of experience will be considered in the absence of higher degrees
