Job Description



  • Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal or external stakeholders.

  • Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos and preparing communications on behalf of MD’s office.

  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents, and reports.

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders.

  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets

  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory and utilities.

  • Organize meetings including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing refreshments when necessary.

  • Take minutes during meetings.

  • Manage the MD’s day-to-day calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.

  • Support MD in handling basic bookkeeping tasks.

  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements for MD and Staff.

  • Oversee the performance of other clerical staff

  • Support MD in the preparation of reports and presentations

  • Organize and maintain the office filing system

  • Any other task assigned.


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields

  • Experience- 3-4 years (Previous experience is key).
