- We are looking for a Project Manager who will provide management direction in the development, coordination and implementation of all our projects.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement projects.
- Responsible for managing projects, including creating project schedules and timelines.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Responsible for defining project scope, goals and deliverables.
- Define tasks and required resources.
- Manage the project budget alongside the General Manager and the Finance Manager.
- Report on project status to the General Manager.
- Present to stakeholders report on progress as well as problems and solutions.
- Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables.
- Evaluate and assess the result of the project.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Bachelor's Degree. Masters will be an advantage.
- Certification in Lean Management, scrum or Six sigma an advantage.
- Experience as a Project Manager or as part of a project team.
- Experience with Project Management Tools (internal, external, MS project or similar).
- Ability to demonstrate ownership, both individual and shared, to achieve results.
- Ability to work beyond boundaries in a team environment.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and effectively manage deadlines.
