We are seeking to engage a competent facility officer whose primary responsibility would be to oversee all our restaurant appliances/ equipments.
The ideal candidate would be responsible for the perfect working condition of all electrical and mechanical equipments including generating sets with an overall cost cutting initiatives.
Responsibilities
Ensure both electrical and mechanical equipments and appliances are in good working condition at all outlets.
Act immediately there is a report of fault of any appliances and equipments at any outlet to determine the need for repairs.
Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.
Supervise artisans and third party vendors during maintenance and repairs.
Requirements and Skills
First Degree or relevant qualification in Facility Management Engineering etc.
1 - 3 years work experience.
Proven experience as facilities officer from a quick service restaurant.
Well-versed in technical operations, utility and facilities management best practices
