About the COO role:

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across Vetsark.


• You will be accountable for business performance. Your primary goal will be to increase our organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations (Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance etc).


• Streamline and optimize internal processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.


• Assist CEO in fundraising and compliance.


• Identify and capture market opportunities to accelerate revenue growth.


• Manage important relationships with strategic partners and investors.

Qualifications

Experience:

• 2 - 5 years experience maximum in Operations or a relevant role.


• Prior experience in agritech, agri-financing, agri-lending or agricultural sales/marketing is a must.


• Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and fundraising.


• Demonstrated success in optimizing operational processes and fostering growth.


• High degree of business acumen and industry knowledge.


• MBA is a plus.
