The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across Vetsark.
You will be accountable for business performance. Your primary goal will be to increase our organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the daily operations (Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance etc).
Streamline and optimize internal processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Assist CEO in fundraising and compliance.
Identify and capture market opportunities to accelerate revenue growth.
Manage important relationships with strategic partners and investors.
Qualifications
Experience:
2 - 5 years experience maximum in Operations or a relevant role.
Prior experience in agritech, agri-financing, agri-lending or agricultural sales/marketing is a must.
Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and fundraising.
Demonstrated success in optimizing operational processes and fostering growth.
High degree of business acumen and industry knowledge.
MBA is a plus.
