  • We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Senior Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience to contribute to our financial success.

  • As a Senior Accountant at Lily Hospitals, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial health of our organization. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


Key Responsibilities



  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

  • Develop and maintain budgets and financial forecasts to guide financial decision-making.

  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

  • Maintain the integrity of the general ledger, recording and reconciling financial transactions.

  • Prepare and file various tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

  • Assist in the coordination of external audits and provide required documentation and explanations.

  • Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for improvement.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.


Qualifications


To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accountant or a similar role, with progressive responsibilities.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
