Responsibilities

• Partnering with hiring managers and clients to determine staffing needs


• posting job advert to a different online platforms to attract the best talent


• Screening and shortlisting CV


• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers


• Following up on the interview process status


• Analyze job requirements with clients, identify clients’ needs according to discussion with clients


• Assist with job requisitions/job description development


• Collaborate with clients’ recruiting team to continually improve processes and experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or HND in social sciences


• Very good with Microsoft Office


• 1+ years HR Experience


• Willing to start a career in Human Resources
