Job Functions/Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop, implement, and continually refine comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, with a primary focus on driving website traffic, enhancing customer engagement, and boosting sales.
Multichannel Campaigns:
- Execute and manage marketing campaigns across diverse digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach.
Content Creation:
- Create and curate engaging and high-quality content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website content.
Social Media Mastery:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of our social media presence, including content creation, posting schedules, community engagement, and performance analysis.
Email Marketing:
Planned, executed, and optimized email marketing campaigns, including crafting compelling email content, segmenting email lists, and tracking campaign performance.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Graphic Design:
- Create visually stunning graphics and visuals for marketing materials, advertisements, social media posts, and website content.
Data-Driven Insights:
Budget Management:
- Effectively manage and allocate budgets to maximize the return on investment (ROI) for all digital marketing initiatives.
Market Research:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure our digital marketing strategies remain innovative and competitive.
Team Leadership:
Requirements/Qualifications
- OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in digital marketing, demonstrating a successful track record in driving online traffic and achieving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, SEO tools, and graphic design software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and innovative thinking to develop effective and engaging marketing strategies.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
