Responsibilities

• Preparation of Profit and Loss statement.


• Preparation of financial and Expenditure statement


• Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential clients and partners


• Preparing and presenting bids and proposals to win new projects and contracts


• Negotiating and agreeing on contract terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders


• Managing the financial aspects of projects, such as budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and reporting


• Monitoring and evaluating the performance and progress of projects and contracts


• Ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations, policies, and standards


• Resolving any issues or disputes that may arise during the project lifecycle


• Preparation of Bill of Quantities/Labor and material schedule


• Project Valuation and payment advice


• Contract administration, monitoring and Control

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Quantity Surveying, membership of a professional body will be an added advantage.


• Minimum of Six years post NYSC experience, telecom experience will be an added advantage


• Excellent in measurement and valuation


• Excellent in material estimation.


• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
