Job Summary

• To oversee and supervise all locations with the managed region, ensure customer satisfaction, proper training and counseling of Patrol coordinators, contract managers, beat supervisors, and guards and also ensure discipline is maintained.

Operational Duties

• Ensure proper preparation and approve post-order/work instructions


• Conduct Security and risk surveys, analyze survey reports and recommend as appropriate to client


• Ensures smooth running of the day-to-day operational activities within its region


• Ensure adequate manpower is maintained


• Ensure the availability of resources required for successful operations.


• Ensure discipline in his region is enforced


• Ensures cooperation/rapport exist between the Patrol Supervisors, Guards and Clients.


• Ensure proper motivation of the Patrol Supervisors for improved performance


• Maintain a robust database for all Guards in the contract

Kills & Educational Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND


• Minimum of 6 years post NYSC with industry experience.


• Relevant Professional Certification and military knowledge will be added advantage.
