Job Role

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.


• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.


• Compute sales prices, total purchases, and receive and process cash or credit payments.


• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.


• Maintain records related to sales.


• Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts,and know how to prevent or handle such situations.


• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.


• Describe merchandise and explain the use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.


• Ticket, arrange, and display merchandise to promote sales.


• Clean shelves, counters, and tables.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a fashion retail store.


• Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any relevant field.


• A passion for fashion and a keen understanding of style trends.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.


• Customer-focused with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
