Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research studies to assess the effectiveness of educational programs and policies.


• Collect and analyze educational data, both qualitative and quantitative, to identify trends and patterns.


• Prepare detailed research reports, including data visualization and interpretation.


• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and other stakeholders to develop and implement research projects.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends, methodologies, and technologies.


• Make data-driven recommendations to enhance educational practices and outcomes.


• Assist in the design and execution of surveys, interviews, and focus groups.


• Support the dissemination of research findings through reports, presentations, and publications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education, Educational Research, or a related field.


• Strong research and analytical skills.


• Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, or similar tools) will be an added advantage.


• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
