Job Summary



  • As the Customer Success Manager, you are expected to attend to the customers' needs, complains or any technical related issues encountered by the customers.

  • You are also expected to advise customers on their buying decisions, walk through the journey of sales process with them and make customers more comfortable.

  • You must be able to maintain a long-lasting relationship with customers.


Responsibilities



  • Educating customers on how to use the company's products.

  • Entertain questions from the customers and giving adequate answers to them

  • Following up on the customers

  • Collection of reviews and feedback from customers

  • Working hand-in-hand with the production Team.

  • Handling of complaints from customers.

  • Establishing and building customer relationships to promote customer retention and loyalty.

  • Analyzing customer data to improve customer experience

  • Promote value through customer experience

  • Upsell services and Product with the brand image.


Requirements / Skills



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any other related field.

  • 3-5 years experience as a Customer Success Manager

  • Open Communication Skill

  • Empathy

  • Customer Relation

  • Persuasive/Negotiation skill

  • Industry Knowledge
