Job Description
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and identify opportunities for business growth.
Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
Prepare effective proposals, presentations, demonstrations, and sales tools for business development opportunities.
Support the technical, and engineering teams on their project projections sales calls by providing sales research and product knowledge expertise.
Build business development plans containing the services, go-to-market plans, price & product positioning for each of the products within the portfolio.
Grow good working relationships with new prospects and transfer the connections to the technical and engineering team once a project is agreed.
Continually facilitate training on all the company's offerings to partners and end-users.
Liaising with existing clients and onboarding new clients
Establish and maintain a customer relations management database.
Providing pre-sales and post-sales support
Negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions
Identify new opportunities within the existing market, cultivate, develop, and manage client relationships with strategic partners in different industries, providing project expertise and recommendations on how to best serve client needs.
Develop good customer relationships through personal visits, phone calls, follow-ups, e-mails etc.
Maintain strong relationships with customers for future business growth.
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
Ensuring that sales targets are met.
Conduct competitive service analysis and market research to develop a roadmap and sales strategy to secure new business.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in either Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or any Business Degree
5 years of sales experience of which at least 3 have to be in the engineering field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
