Job Description

• This role is tasked with supervising all other driver onboarding specialists and manage to Drive Me Drivers’ Academy


• Supervise Drive Me driving school and improve all of its processes


• Follow up on instructors and ensure that the team is in line with company goals on every ongoing task


• Champion the daily running of Drive Me training academy as team lead


• Develop mobility training curriculum and training materials for instructors and team use


• Manager drivers and improve strategic ways to maximize team efficiency through training.


• Identify and advise management on training needs for all team members


• Drive business profitability by ensuring driving and training departments operate smoothly


• Create and issue certificates of completion after all completed training within the academy.


• Design and edit training videos for academy curriculums


• Supervise and ensure proficiency and task delivery within the team


• Provide weekly report progress to management


• Create, maintain and then update all contents and filing system databases with accessible and easy-to-understand materials.


• Build a budget and manage the expense of the department


• Design strategies with management to grow the academy

Roles

• Robust training calendar ensuring 10% direct applications


• Successfully carry out 24 training cohorts


• Create useful content for 12 in-person training workshops for non-gig and first-time drivers


• Create a plan to work with interstate agencies across Nigeria


• 5 signups per week


• Seek out 3 key train-the-trainer initiatives with regulatory bodies and private individuals


• Set up a driver training course for tertiary education


• Identifying subsets for training: Truck, Bikes, Cars, Defensive Driver Training


• Ensuring that all platforms carry relevant and up-to-date information on driver education (video and audio content)


• Develop working relationships with 50 training schools in a month


• Attain 3 trained classes of graduates within a quarter


• Train all registered drivers at a 95% conversion rate.


• Create 5 unique and divers.
