SALARY: 230KGROSS + COMMISSION +HMO+ PENSION


REQUIREMENTS



  • Bachelor's degree in either electrical, mechanical engineering, or any Business Degree

  • 6 years sales experience of which at least 3 must be in the engineering field.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.

  • The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.

  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good leadership and team working skills.


RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and identifying opportunities for business growth.

  • Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.

  • Prepare effective proposals, presentations, demonstrations, and sales tool on business development opportunities.

  • Support the technical, engineering team on their project projections sales calls by providing sales research and product knowledge expertise.

  • Build business development plans containing the services, go-to-market plans, price & product positioning for each of the products within the portfolio.

  • Grow good working relationships with new prospects and transfer the connections to the technical and engineering team once a project is agreed.

  • Continually facilitate training on what company’s offerings to partners and end-users.

  • Liaising with existing clients and onboarding new clients
