SALARY: 230KGROSS + COMMISSION +HMO+ PENSION
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in either electrical, mechanical engineering, or any Business Degree
- 6 years sales experience of which at least 3 must be in the engineering field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
- The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
- Good leadership and team working skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
- Prepare effective proposals, presentations, demonstrations, and sales tool on business development opportunities.
- Support the technical, engineering team on their project projections sales calls by providing sales research and product knowledge expertise.
- Build business development plans containing the services, go-to-market plans, price & product positioning for each of the products within the portfolio.
- Grow good working relationships with new prospects and transfer the connections to the technical and engineering team once a project is agreed.
- Continually facilitate training on what company’s offerings to partners and end-users.
- Liaising with existing clients and onboarding new clients
