Role Description

• We are currently seeking a full-time Corporate Performance Specialist to join our team at the Lagos location, with the flexibility for hybrid work.


• The Corporate Performance Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing programs that improve employee performance, engagement, and retention.


• The Specialist will work closely with department heads, employees, and leadership to analyze performance trends, identify areas for improvement, and execute innovative solutions to encourage a culture of growth and excellence.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in corporate performance management and improvement


• Experience designing and conducting training and development programs


• Ability to analyze data and develop metrics to track performance and success


• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with employees of all levels


• Bachelor's degree or higher in organizational psychology, human resources, business administration or a related field


• Strong leadership and project management skills


• Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
