Position Overview:


We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing and Brand Communication Specialist to develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing strategies while effectively communicating and strengthening our brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating compelling brand narratives.


Key Responsibilities



  1. Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.

  2. Content Creation: Create engaging and high-quality content across various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, email campaigns, and website content.

  3. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.

  4. Plan and execute effective social media campaigns.

  5. SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to increase website traffic and conversion rates.

  6. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.

  7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to guide decision-making.

  8. Brand Messaging: Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all digital channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand identity.

  9. Online Advertising: Manage online advertising campaigns, including display ads, social media ads, and Google Ads, to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

  10. Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the digital landscape.


Qualifications



  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  2. Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation.

  3. Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools).

  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  5. Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging and impactful content.

  6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.

  7. Knowledge of branding principles and the ability to maintain brand consistency.

  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  9. Certifications in digital marketing or related fields are a plus.
