Responsibilities

1. Organise, Plan and Execute IT Projects and goals across the nation.


2. Managing and Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities in the deployment of IT Solutions for clients.


3. Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure clarification and meet specific requirements in a timely manner.


4. Maintaining project timeframes, goals, budgeting estimates, and status reports


5. Managing resources for projects, specifications, tools, equipment, and employees


6. Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget


7. Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence


8. Conducting risk assessments for projects


9. Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress

Qualifications

1. Experience in telecommunication, security solutions, and networking with a good knowledge of Network Systems and controls. LAN, Fiber, CCTV, Access Control, etc


2. Must have experience in designing, installing, and managing an on-premise network infrastructure including layer 2 and 3 switching and routing.


3. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the industry and a minimum of bachelor’s or HND degree in any engineering discipline or related discipline.


4. Proven experience as an ICT Networks Engineer or in a similar role.


5. Hands-on experience with network management tools and network troubleshooting utilities


6. Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams involved with them.


7. Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues


8. Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project completion


9. Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget
