Job Description



Responsiblities



  • Manage the overall lubricants business to achieve set targets.

  • Plan, coordinate, and promote the sales of Lubricants to existing and new customers directly, through our distributors and through the multiproduct sales force with the objective of achieving the sales, gross margin and market share objectives.

  • Develop network plans of resellers, both qualitative and quantitative with the aim of meeting needs of consumers and ensuring that lubes are distributed at optimal cost.

  • Manage budgeting and sales volume planning, tracking and reporting, and compile relevant reports for management use.

  • Design and recommend sales programs and sets long and short-term sales strategies

  • Coordinate and participate in promotional activities

  • Execute developed product launches and related marketing initiatives

  • Ensure adherence to the sales process to achieve market share gains within key customer segment

  • Provide input on the company’s media and public relations advertising

  • Ensure all marketing strategies adhere to the company’s ethical code of conduct

  • Supervision of Reseller business for Northwest

  • Drive the Reseller Lubricants Sales Team for budget achievement

  • Determine monthly sales forecast and product needs

  • Technical training of the sales team


Key Performance Indicators



  • Achievement of laid down topline & bottom-line Budgets for territory and reseller business

  • Completion of budgeted marketing activities & utilization of the budgets

  • Professional competitive analysis (market intelligence)

  • Prompt resolution of customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.


Requirements / Experience



  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields

  • Minimum of 7 years sales management experience

  • Strong sales track record

  • Experience in the oil and gas industry
