Job Description

• Provide direct patient care, including providing information on drugs and assisting with treatments and procedures.


• Monitor patient conditions, assess vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to the pharmacist.


• Collaborate with the pharmacist to develop and implement individualized care plans.


• Educate patients on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.


• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care activities.


• Keeps schedule medication inventory up to date and accurate.


• Ensures dependable attendance and punctuality.


• Maintains medication prices daily.


• Checks in order and stocks shelves.
