Our Company Riveton Developments Ltd is a startup Real Estate and Hospitality Company located in Sangotedo, Lagos, Nigeria. We are looking for a highly competent Senior Civil Engineer to join our expanding team.

JOB SUMMARY

This position requires an innovative and competent individual with the ability to manage our construction projects. You should also possess extensive experience in construction projects and the ability to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.   

RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential duties of the Senior Civil Engineer include but are not limited to the following activities:

• Managing and overseeing all stages of the project from conception to completion


• Performing due diligence on the impact and feasibility of new construction sites


• Inspecting completed projects for compliance with industry codes, specifications and safety standards


• Preparing work schedules and allocating resources as well as supervising junior engineers, and construction site workers

Requirements

• B.Sc in Civil Engineering


• 5 years proven working experience in Civil Engineering


• Coren certification is compulsory


• HIgh level of proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, regulatory approvals etc


• High level of skill utilization in project management, communication, problem solving and interpersonal skill

Salary: N200,000
