Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product-related questions with patience and empathy.
Process customer orders, payments, and returns accurately and efficiently.
Provide product knowledge and make recommendations to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and ensuring product displays are appealing.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote special offers and new products.
Assist in keeping track of inventory levels and participate in periodic inventory counts.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (relevant customer service experience is a plus).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, customer-focused approach.
Basic computer skills for processing orders and using point-of-sale systems.
Ability to work effectively in a team and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
