Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain receipts, inspect and record withdrawals of the stockroom.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Organize and maintain an efficient and tidy warehouse.
- Stock card management.
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discripancies.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder materials when necessary.
- Verify received goods based on agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity.
- Follow all relevant operational procedures and ensure the store activities are carried out in a consistent manner.
- Carry out other duties as may be assigned by management.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in storekeeping or inventory management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to pay attention to details.
