The Operations Admins role is responsible for resolution of merchant chargeback disputes. Liaise with the banks and merchants to have these disputes resolved with the subscribed timing and ensure relevant feedback to business.
The role would generate various reports to share with business and identify patterns which would result in improvement of merchant support.
The Operation admin role would support with finance ops as well as sales operational activities. This role requires an individual that can multitask is well organized and a team player.
What you will be doing:
Reconciliation of Merchant transactions
Analysis of Merchant transactions
Collating of report various banks
Verifying merchant transactions
Resolution of any reconciliations issues
Responsible for communication with local banks
Providing business with detailed reporting
Provide audit support.
Generate reports to verify merchant patterns
What are we looking for?
Relevant University Degree (Finance/Economics/Analytics/Accounting)
Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Excellent excel skills and exposure to global financial tools.
