Job Description



Responsibilities



  • Recruitment and Onboarding of staff on behalf of clients managed.

  • Registration & documentation of newly employed personnel

  • Ensure Personnel have HMO, Pension and ID Cards.

  • Gather and collate daily, weekly, or monthly timesheets.

  • Ensure prompt payments of salary to personnel according to SLAs.

  • Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, bonuses, allowances, and deductions.

  • Ensure that client receives invoices promptly according to SLAs.

  • Enter new employees’ data (e.g., bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases.

  • Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes, and other deductions

  • Prepare and distribute payslips.

  • Liaising with Pension Fund Administrators (PFA)

  • Ensure process flow is seamless.

  • Perform any other functions requested by the Head of HR.


Requirements and Skills



  • B.Sc. in Accounting, Human Resources, or any relevant field

  • Minimum of proven 3-5 years’ work experience in Human Resources/Payroll Officer in the Oil & Gas, Maritime industry.

  • Hands-on experience with HRIS, Accounting software and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

  • Customer focus

  • Time-management skills

  • Ability to diplomatic and approachable.
