Responsibilities

Work closely with the team to:



  • Develop and execute plans to maintain and grow the existing customer base

  • Develop and execute plans to maintain and grow the existing customer base

  • Provide regular and on-time submission of required sales and activity reports, including itineraries, call reports, prospect lists etc.

  • Provide a good welcoming environment, greet clients, respond to questions, improve engagement with merchandise, and provide outstanding customer service.

  • Provide good customer service by providing design recommendations based on customer’s preferences and design styles

  • Manage point-of-sale processes and follow up on payment of all client purchases.

  • Follow up with client orders to ensure they are delivered to clients in a timely manner

  • Process flow, keep records, and report daily sales and activities.

  • To carry out day-to-day boutique duties to ensure smooth operation

  • Build a strong client-seller rapport with customers to achieve sales targets.

  • Build sales and market strategies

  • Assist with inventory procedures when needed.

  • Follow up with clients for service feedback

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.


Qualifications / Requirements



  • B.Sc in Business Administration from a recognized university

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a retail or sales position

  • Enthusiastic about sales with an amiable personality

  • Strong negotiation skills and business acumen

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Well-spoken, Detail oriented, and well-articulated

  • Ability to express yourself and be tech-savvy

  • Ability to commute to Lekki Phase 1 is desired
