Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve organizational goals

  • Identify and target new market segments, opportunities, and partnerships to expand the Company's customer base

  • Lead the sales team in prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly

  • Create and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and recognition in the market

  • Define and communicate the Company's value proposition, messaging, and positioning to target audiences

  • Oversee the development of marketing collateral, digital assets, and promotional materials to support sales efforts

  • Manage the Company's online and offline presence, including website, social media, events, and PR activities.

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team

  • Set clear kPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and individual team members

  • Ensure regular Executive reports/presentations outlining progress, challenges, and recommended actions

  • Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources


Qualification / Skill Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

  • Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in senior sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably within industry/sector

  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trends.

  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a history of building and developing successful teams.

  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in data analysis, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving revenue growth and achieving ambitious targets.
