Job Description

• Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies


• Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness


• Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for services on a variety of media (Social, Print etc)


• Overseeing the progress of advertisement campaign and sales activities.


• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth


• Prepare content for the publication of marketing material


• Promote sales of properties through advertisement


• Coordinate appointment to show homes to prospective buyers


• Devising a highly efficient real estate marketing strategy

Qualification  / Requirements

• BSc. Or HND in any related course


• 5-7 years’ Experience in Real Estate Firm as marketing officer


• Creativity and commercial awareness


• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities


• A team player with a customer-oriented approach


• thorough understanding of social media and web analysis


• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills


• Proven work experience as marketing officer or similar role.


• Age: 27-40years
