SUMMARY AND OBJECTIVE



  • The Marketplace Associate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote our products on the Amazon platform, drive traffic, increase sales, and maximize ROI.

  • Your role will encompass various aspects of Amazon marketing, including advertising campaigns, product listings optimization, and competitive analysis.


RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Amazon Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored display. Manage advertising budgets, bids, and keyword strategies to achieve target ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales).

  • Product Listings Optimization: Create and enhance product listings, ensuring they are accurate, keyword-rich, and optimized for conversions. Optimize product images, titles, descriptions, and bullet points to improve search visibility and customer engagement.

  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor product listings, pricing, and promotions on Amazon. Identify opportunities to differentiate our products and gain a competitive edge.

  • Keyword Research and SEO: Conduct keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and search terms. Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve product ranking and discoverability.

  • Amazon Storefront Management: Create and maintain an Amazon Storefront to showcase our brand and products effectively. Implement design enhancements and promotional content to improve brand visibility.

  • Performance Analytics: Analyze Amazon Advertising and sales performance data. Generate reports and provide insights to optimize campaigns, product listings, and overall strategy.

  • Inventory and Pricing Management: Coordinate with inventory and pricing teams to ensure product availability and competitive pricing. Adjust pricing strategies in response to market dynamics and competitor pricing changes.

  • Review and Feedback Management: Monitor customer reviews and feedback on Amazon. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive brand image.

  • Promotions and Deals: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, lightning deals, and discounts to boost sales and visibility. Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotions with overall marketing strategies.

  • Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies, guidelines, and advertising rules. Stay updated on Amazon's evolving platform features and requirements.


REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS





  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

  • Must have completed NYSC

  • Proven experience in Amazon marketing, e-commerce, or digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and advertising platforms (e.g., Amazon Advertising, Amazon Brand Registry).

  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC advertising, and e-commerce best practices.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, metrics, and generate actionable insights.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative thinking and the ability to create compelling product listings and promotional content.

  • Knowledge of Amazon's algorithms, ranking factors, and marketplace dynamics.

  • Familiarity with competitor analysis tools and software.

  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales and ROI targets.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Ability to work independently and complete assignments within given instructions, established routines, and accepted practices.

  • Must have excellent Internet connection, working laptop and ability to adjust work hours to Central Standard Time (Between 9 am - 5 pm Central Standard Time).
