Duties

• Operate BFL machine independently


• Maintain and prepare production records as per defined specification


• Manage the daily activity of BFL area


• Coordinate with the maintenance team in troubleshooting


• Maintain good health of the machine and the surrounding


• Prepare production record as per system


• Coordinate with maintenance

Qualification & Experience 

• S.S.C.E, Tradetest 


• 2 - 5 Years

Requirements

• Must have worked for BFL with W&H machine


• Hand-on trouble shooting for BFL Machine and process


• Must have knowledge of handling 3-Layer W&H Machine, 5-Layer W&H Machine and 7-Layer W&H Machine


• Must have knowledge of resins. i.e LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE & Metallocene, and other resins


• Knowledge of Safety legislation relating to processing and packaging equipment


• Should have good knowledge of the processes involved


• Troubleshooting skills


• Problem-solving skills
