Description

Your Job description includes the following:

• Operate BFL machine independently


• Maintain and prepare production records as per defined specification


• Manage the daily activity of BFL area


• Coordinate with the maintenance team in troubleshooting


• Maintain good health of the machine and upkeep of the surrounding


• Prepare production record as per system


• Coordinate with maintenance

Qualification & Experience

• SSCE, Trade Test or Degree holder


• 2 - 5 Years

Requirements:

• Must have worked for BFL with W&H machine.


• Hand on troubleshooting for BFL Machine and process.


• Must have knowledge of handling 3-Layer W&H Machine, 5-Layer W&H Machine and 7-Layer W&H Machine.


• Must have knowledge of resins. i.e LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE & Metallocene and other resins.


• Knowledge of Safety legislation relating to Process and packaging equipment.


• Should have good knowledge of the processes involved.


• Troubleshooting skills.


• Problem-solving skills.
