Job Summary

• The Quest Schools needs to service of an Adult Educator to execute activities of our Adult English Literacy department.


• The desired candidate will be someone vast in 21st-century teaching methodology, someone who can teach adults, with proficiency in facilitating English Language classes and has team management experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement a special curriculum for Adult on English Literacy


• Facilitate English literacy sessions for adult, and handle adults that need special attention in classes.


• Report Parents’ progress weekly, and conduct baseline assessments for them at the end of the session.


• Collaborate with school teachers, and school management on curriculum synchronization and serve as a guide.


• Coordinate the entire English Literacy programme

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a; B.Ed. (strongly recommended to apply), in Adult Education or in any related field.


• Must possess at least a Second Class Lower in the aforementioned areas of the discipline.


• Must possess at least 1 (one) year of experience working in the education sector as an Adult Educator.


• Will work a maximum of three times in a week; will work for two hours per day.


• Our ideal candidate must be active, vibrant, passionate and energetic who is interested in impacting adults


• Must be professional, have experience handling uneducated adults, and have an outgoing personality


• Our ideal candidate must be organized, friendly, and must have an excellent public speaking skills.

Salary

N20,000 - N25,000 monthly
