JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Write blog posts that support brand identity and consumer engagement


• Collaborating with sales, marketing, advertising, product design and product development team members to planning promotional marketing campaigns


• Producing brand style guide that best captures the company or client’s voice and mission


• Assist in developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with the company objective


• Work with the sales and marketing team to create marketing materials


• Actively involved in the planning and organizing of promotional events


• Researching previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn’t and what can be improved


• Conducts market research to identify new opportunities


• Creates marketing strategies

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENT

• Creative thinker and data-driven


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written


• Excellent presentation skills


• Deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices


• Strong attention to detail


• Proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role


• Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques


• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment


• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation software such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot is a plus
